We are in the process of identifying candidates for this position to closely work with our various team members.
What Will The Role Entail?
- You will assist organize the day-to-day accounting and auditing teams tasks to ensure the provision of high-quality support.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Manage the schedules to ensure effective time management, coordinate activities, prioritize appointments, and reschedule where necessary.
- Collect and research information on assigned matters, as well as produce reports as requested.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence such as e-mail and letters.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare monthly petty cash reports.
- Sort, classify, file, and retrieve information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical order.
- Organize and maintain the office filing archiving system through scanning documents and uploading files to the Firm’s online CRM.
- Maintain confidentiality of all documents and information.
- Perform any other work-related tasks.
